Sonic+ Toothbrush

How many Brush modes does the Sonic+ brush have?

There are 4 brush modes on the Sonic+ toothbrush.

Clean – used for everyday cleaning.

White – highest frequency, ideal for removing surface stains.

Massage – utilises a pulsating action for a gentle massage.

Sensitive – uses a reduced power output for sensitive teeth and gums.

Ordo Sonic+ Warranty

Our Sonic+ Toothbrush is covered by a free 1-year warranty. This expires 365 days after the date of purchase on the receipt of the order. 

The warranty provides full cover against technical faults through normal use. This means that if your product develops a fault during the warranty period, provided you have proof of purchase, we will arrange for it to be replaced free of charge.

What's not covered by the warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Cosmetic defects such as scratches.
  • Accidental damage.
  • The product being tampered with. 
  • Improper use.
  • Repairs carried out by agents not authorised by Ordo. 
  • If the product has been used commercially or for business purposes.
  • Any loss as a result of not being able to use the product.
  • Deliberate damage or neglect of the product.

If your product has become faulty during the warranty period, please contact our team: Ordo@uccaustralia.com.au providing the following information: 

  • Proof of purchase - this can be a receipt of purchase from a retailer showing where and when you bought the goods, or an order number from our website if purchased directly through ourselves. 
  • Details of what the problem is. 

After receiving the product back, our team will inspect the product to identify the issue. If the fault is caused by a technical defect covered by the warranty, we will provide a replacement product and postage free of charge. 

What colours does the Sonic+ brush come in?

Currently the brush is available in white/silver, rose gold, charcoal grey, Pearl Violet & Mint Green

Why is there a 2-minute timer on the Sonic+ brush?

Dentists recommend brushing at least twice a day, for two minutes each time, which can be longer than you’d think. To make sure you’re brushing properly we added a two-minute timer. Every 30 seconds, the timer will pause to help you cover all four quadrants of your mouth.

If you don’t brush your teeth for the minimum time required, you’re at risk of letting the plaque bacteria stay on and around your teeth.

Remember – it’s crucial to brush your teeth every night, just before you go to bed.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payment via debit card or all major credit cards. 

How do I reset my password?

When logging in to your account, If you have forgotten your password you will see an option for "FORGOTTEN PASSWORD" under the sign in button.

Once you have clicked this you will be taken to the below page.

Here you can enter your email address and request a new password, you will then receive an email within the next 24 hours with a password reset link.

 

Please be aware that the email will come from an automated email address so it is best to check your junk mail as well as your usual inbox.

How do I update my personal/card details?

Once you have logged in to your account you can select "YOUR DETAILS" at the top of the page.

This will then take you to the below page where you can change your shipping address, billing address, email, payment details and marketing preferences by clicking on the section you wish to change.

 Please be aware that any changes to an account for the delivery address or billing details follow the same procedure as our cancellation policy and need to be done more than 24hrs before a refill is due or an order is placed.

How do I view previous orders?

Once you log in to your account you will see the option “Order History” at the top of the page.

Once you have selected the order history option you will see a page similar to the one bellow that will show a list of all orders associated with your account.

Here you will be able to see the order number, order date, payment status, whether the order has been sent (fulfilled) or not and the value of the order. You can then select an individual order to expand it and see more details.

This will then allow you to view all information related to that order such as any discounts applied, shipping costs (if any) and a link to tracking information (depending on courier).

Delivery & Returns

How can I track my package?

Tracking numbers for orders can be found on the confirmation of shipping email that is sent out for new orders and subscription renewals. Also if you log in to your account, tracking information can be found on the order details in "ORDER HISTORY".

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders can take up to 7 working days to arrive from date of order or subscription date this excludes the day that the order was placed. 

Please be aware that these times are subject to change depending on the season, we aim to ship all products within 3 working days however there can be some delay that is beyond our control as we use third party carriers to ship all orders. 

My Ordo order has not arrived.

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days from the original order date, please contact our Customer Service team at: ordo@uccaustralia.com.au and this will be investigated. Please also see How long will my order take to arrive? as there may be some delay depending on when the order is placed.

Depending on the courier that is used for your order we will attempt to resolve the issue as quickly as possible but do have to follow the couriers guidelines for lost or undelivered parcels.

What is your returns policy.

The Sonic+ toothbrush comes with a 2-year warranty from the purchase date or replacement date. If your toothbrush is faulty and has not been damaged, you can return your toothbrush which will be replaced free of charge.

You can return your toothbrush if it is faulty and has not been damaged which will be replaced free of charge. However, we do not offer free returns postage. Please contact orders@uccaustralia.com.au

Where do you deliver?

We currently ship to Austrailia based addresses through our website.
